Breastfeeding Baby Forum

Welcome to our Breastfeeding Baby Forum! This is a great place for breastfeeding women to “discuss” breastfeeding issues. Whether you need tips for working and breastfeeding or you have tips to share about breastfeeding older children, you have come to the right place.

Tell us the funniest thing that has happened to you while you were breastfeeding. Each month we will feature one funny or especially touching breastfeeding story on our home page, so tell us yours today!

Breastfeeding can be a big challenge in many countries. Currently the breastfeeding rates are tragically low, especially in the United States. In addition, there are many cultural disincentives in place from co-workers rolling their eyes when you walk past with your breast pump to family members asking repeatedly just how long you plan to keep nursing. Worst of all are all the outright lies that are circulating - like formula being just as good as breastfeeding.

Site Build It!

Then there are the more subtle false rumors - like helpful friends telling you that breastfeeding will cause your boobs to sag. Finally there is the guilt factor as demonstrated by all the mothers running around telling everyone that they were physically unable to breastfeed. While it is true that some mothers can’t breastfeed, we would have died out as a species if the numbers that “claim” that they can’t really couldn’t.

The goal of this forum isn’t to debate whether or not it is important to breastfeed. This is a natural parenting site where everyone already realizes that breastfeeding is the best nutrition for children.

We wanted to create a safe place where breastfeeding moms could swap stories, share tips and support each other. We all are busy, here is a time-effective place for us to discuss breastfeeding baby and share pictures of us breastfeeding kids of all ages in all kinds of places. Let’s build a fun, supportive community of women committed to breastfeeding! The more the merrier…

No-Toxins

As always, a picture is worth a thousand words, so include a picture or a video! Nothing is more confidence building for a breastfeeding mom (or a mother-to-be that is trying to decide whether or not to breastfeed) than to see a baby happily nursing!

There is no member login or registration required for our Breastfeeding Baby Forum. You can post anonymously or you can tell us your name.

All submissions will be reviewed and approved to ensure that our Breastfeeding Baby Forum remains a safe place for people to share and get answers. No personal attacks are allowed and a wide range of breastfeeding topics is supported - from breastfeeding newborns in your bedroom to breastfeeding older children in a tree. :-) All email addresses are kept strictly confidential and will only be used by us to communicate to you about your post.
